In five minutes you can focus, reduce stress, and increase confidence.Victory Breathing1. First, sit with your legs crossed and back straight in the Easy Pose. Gaze softly or close your eyes. Rest your hands on your knees with palms up. (Image A)Breathe deeply from your diaphragm. To practice, place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest. Your belly should fill up with air, not your chest.

2. Raise your arms up into the Open Pose (Image B). Breathe from your diaphragm; inhale for four seconds and exhale for four seconds. Repeat twice.
