Don't call it a lettuce wrap [RECIPE]

There is no diet that will do what healthy eating does.

Salads are easy to throw together, but sometimes you just want to bite into a sandwich.

Enter, the Swiss Jumble Wrap. We packed it with turkey bacon, veggies, and a flavorful honey mustard.

Swiss chard really doesn't compare to other lettuce wraps - it has a salty and sweet taste.
One cup of Swiss chard has only 35 calories, and yes, it's a loaded with nutrients.

"Swiss chard is a nutritional powerhouse -- an excellent source of vitamins K, A, and C, as well as a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, and dietary fiber." - WebMD

*Per WebMD, skip this veggie if you’re prone to kidney stones.
* 1 large leaf of Swiss chard
* 1/4 sliced avocado
* 1/4 chopped red pepper
* 1/4 chopped cucumber
* 2 pieces of turkey bacon
* 2 TSP Dijon mustard (we used Annie's)

Rinse and flatten your Swiss chard. Cut off the stem, so the leaf is easier to roll up.
Working in the bottom 1/4 of the leaf, spread the mustard, add the veggies, and lay the turkey bacon on top (depending on the size of your leaf, you may need to put some of your veggie mixture on the side). Add a touch of garlic and pepper. Roll up your wrap and enjoy!You could easily swap the turkey bacon for hard boiled egg whites or quinoa. Also, this Annie's Dijon mustard is delicious and only 5 calories per TSP.
