A very quick and simple yoga sequence you can practice daily

Yoga gives us time, space, clarity, and love. Love for ourselves, our community, and our environment.

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and push off your practice, but mastering a few simple poses will keep you connected to all the yoga awesomeness.

Try easing into child's pose, raising up into a seated pose, stretching back into downward dog, and pushing forward into plank. Finish by resting back in downward dog or puppy pose. Hold each pose for 5-8 breaths (depending on your level of comfort).
