Misty Copeland breaks the mold #IWilIWhatIWant #BoldWomen

Misty Copeland didn't have the "right" body type.

At the age of 13, she was considered too old to start her ballet career.

With an innate ability to learn choreography, Misty put in the hours and was “en pointe” - doing advanced work - within three months.

She went on to become the third African American female soloist in the history of the American Ballet Theatre.

Under Armour's new campaign #IWillWhatIWant, features Misty and her story, alongside several other female athletes.

“I've made it happen. I'm very lucky to be where I am. It’s possible.” - Misty Copeland

Watch here, as Misty dances - the embodiment of grace, strength, conviction, and beauty.

Oh, by the way
